This is the 1st track on the cd. It is the “thank you”to Maharishi’s teacher Guru Dev for enlivening the knowledge of transcendental consciousness and inspiring Maharishi to spread this joy of life to the world. For me, it was truly the Light at the door moment when I started meditating in 1971. There are no words to express what it was/is like to find everything was/ is within myself and the unbelievable comfort of a deep silence full of light and love and God where I constantly find I am home. YAY YAY YAY
NAMASTE means “I BOW DOWN TO THAT IN YOU WHICH IS GOD!!” (my fav translation))
I’m thinking… if we greet each with something like that in our heart, how can we ever be anything but kind, generous, loving and peaceful!
